Milen Cholakov Master of Pharmacy (MPharm), licensed in Bulgaria · clinical‑trial experience
Educational conversations, education and research collaboration in pharmacology — drug mechanisms, interactions, pharmacokinetics and clinical trials, at the molecular level. For clinicians, researchers, companies, students and anyone who wants to understand the science.
For visitors in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: I offer educational conversations, education and research collaboration only. I am not registered or licensed as a pharmacist in your country. I do not provide pharmacist services, patient-specific advice, diagnosis, treatment or dosing recommendations, and no pharmacist–patient relationship is created. Please make medical decisions with your own licensed healthcare provider.
Three ways to work with me
Molecular-level knowledge, clinical-trial experience
I work at the molecular level — mechanisms of action, enzymes and transporters, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics — and I know from the inside how clinical trials are run.
Master of Pharmacy (MPharm, Medical University of Varna), licensed in Bulgaria, with hands-on experience as a Clinical Trial Associate at Premier Research — site initiation, monitoring preparation, documentation (TMF/eTMF) and communication with CROs and sponsors. Previously: community-pharmacy work in Bulgaria (Onyx) and Medical Representative.
Deep knowledge of drug–drug interactions, including transporter- and enzyme-mediated pathways, and of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic profiles. My strength is analysing clinical and scientific literature and turning it into precise, evidence-based writing. Familiar with ICH-GCP, informed-consent procedures and safety reporting.
Since 08/2026 I have been building an independent regulatory-compliance and safety-screening engine for dietary supplements (EU, US and Israeli markets) — toxicity limits, cumulative risk, critical interactions.

Conversation, education & research collaboration
For clinicians, researchers, clinics, health, biotech and supplement companies, students, and health-literate individuals who want to understand the science. Prices in EUR; the BTC equivalent at the day's exchange rate is accepted. Exact scope and price are confirmed in writing before you pay.
Option 1Conversation / educational call
- Video or audio call in English
- Talk through the science of a topic: drug mechanisms, pharmacokinetics, what the published evidence says and how strong it is
- How clinical trials and research papers work, and how to read them
- A good first step before a larger education or research project
- General education — not advice about your own treatment
Option 2Education sessions
- 1:1 or small-group sessions online, in English
- Pharmacology and drug mechanisms, pharmacokinetics, interactions
- How to read clinical trials and scientific papers — design, endpoints, statistics, bias
- For students, professionals and curious learners
- General education — not advice about your own treatment
Option 2Educational evidence overview
- A written summary of what published research says on a topic you choose
- A list of relevant recruiting clinical trials from public registries (ClinicalTrials.gov, EU CTIS)
- Questions you can bring to your own doctor
- General information only — not a recommendation for your case
Option 3Research collaboration
For clinicians, researchers and companies: literature reviews, evidence synthesis, mechanism-of-action write-ups, interaction evidence summaries, clinical-trial landscape reports and medical-writing support.
One focused research question. Up to ~4 h of work, 2–4 page written summary with sources. 3–5 working days.
Up to ~10 h. Structured report: mechanisms, strength of the published evidence, active clinical trials, open questions + a 30-min walkthrough call. 5–10 working days.
20+ h. Multiple questions, full evidence review, clinical-trial registry search (EU/US), two calls. Timeline agreed upfront.
Ad-hoc research, writing or review support on your project.
Research Partner retainer
- For companies, clinics, research groups and other organizations — not for individuals
- Dedicated research capacity for your pipeline: literature surveillance, evidence summaries, mechanism and interaction write-ups
- Clinical-trial landscape and competitor-trial tracking from public registries
- Medical-writing support and document review
- Agreed deliverables, regular updates, written scope before start
All services are educational and research-based. They are not medical or pharmacist advice, diagnosis, treatment or dosing recommendations, and no pharmacist–patient relationship is created. See the terms.
